Delete your Lipsealed account

In the app (immediate)

1. Open Lipsealed (called Telly in older versions) and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap the settings (gear) icon.
3. Under Account, tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all of its data are deleted straight away. This can't be undone.

Without the app (by email)

1. Email telly.app.support@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Lipsealed account.
2. Send it from the email address you use for Lipsealed, or include your Lipsealed @handle. If you signed in with Apple or Google, that's the email address on that account.
3. If we can't match the request to your account, we'll reply to confirm it's yours before deleting anything.

We delete the account within 30 days of confirming the request and reply to let you know it's done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in details, including your email address.
• Your profile: handle, display name, and any bio or avatar.
• Everything you've done in the app: watch history, the shows and films you follow, ratings, reactions, comments, votes, and favourites.
• Who you follow and who follows you, plus any blocks, mutes and reports you've made.
• Your notification settings, push tokens, and pending notifications.

What we keep

Nothing linked to your account. Anonymous crash reports, which never include your email, account, or anything you've watched, may remain with our crash-reporting provider until its normal retention period ends.
